  • I loved this article and found that it really resonated. There are pathetic TOT's everywhere.. usually they are VERY insecure and easily threatened. To figure them out is the work of a psychologist. . . but unfortunatley these are the same folks who think there is nothing wrong with them. ..

  • Agreed that this is a typical point-of-view, but woefully myopic and outdated on many fronts. There are great corporate and personal/professional reasons for telecommuting.

  • Elkhart is a good example of how a town's focus on one industry can have devistating effects in a downturn.  Just look at Detroit right now, and previously, and Silicon Valley after the dot-com bust.  The larger issue to me is .. didn't anyone have a bit of vision to say . .
